Description of the arena

The Reconstructed racetrack “Akbuzat” has become a universal and more spacious. Now, it is possible to conduct races not only trotters, but also breeding horses riding breeds, and also organize competitions for all Olympic equestrian sports and spectacular jumps. For the first time in world practice at the Ufa Hippodrome implemented a single drainage system throughout the area of the oval arena. Building Description

Racetrack “Akbuzat» in Ufa is a large and very comfortable main stand, equipped according to all international standards. The building itself is a four-level, and in addition to the seats there are tote, a medical office, and equestrian facilities with locker rooms and showers, offices of administration, a comfortable lounge for VIP guests, canteens, club rooms, restaurants and referees. At the same time the building can accommodate up to 5000 spectators. Most of those who buy tickets for the race can watch the competition from behind the glass, i.e. in a comfortable environment, even if the weather is not conducive to outdoor activities. If there is a desire to see the performance close to the treadmill, you can do so from one of the 1500 seats in the open stands.

Training sector

For the organization of competitions and training at the track has 2 fields. One of them is intended for the organization of competitions for high school riding, and the second — to travel pony. There are also jumping and warm-up fields and four lanes.

Outdoor track (first race). It is intended for testing in flat racing riding breeding horses. Its length – 1144 m, width-16 m, the radius of the turn – 106 m and turns up to 5 degrees. Outdoor track meet the parameters, all international requirements, which can be large and spectacular racing at the highest level.

The Second (cross-country). This track is used for testing of breeding trotters. Length-1000 m width-18 m, the superelevation of up to 8 degrees.

The Third (technical). It is designed in order to provide the possibility of driving machinery for irrigation and congresses, as well as autotracking racing panel of judges. Length-950 m.

Fourth (training)

This track is not used during competitions, and for the safety of athletes and horses covered with sand. Length – 893 m.

Hippodrome “Akbuzat»: history

It All began in 1883 when it was decided to establish in Ufa slusnou the stables to the Racecourse. By the beginning of the 20th century the Ufa arena for horse racing was already considered one of the best in the country, and in 1924 was built for it a new building. For many years the Racecourse was used for testing of trotting horses, and was known far outside the Republic. In honor of the 425 th anniversary of the voluntary accession of the Bashkirs to Russia in 1982, a year in Ufa built a new arena and called it the “Akbuzat» in honour of the winged horse from the epic of the Bashkir and Tatar peoples. This stadium has repeatedly been the venue for the competition riders, including international, and 7 times voted the best Racecourse of the USSR, and later Russia.

Activities

In addition to sports racetrack “Akbuzat», a photo of which is posted below, is often the venue of different events. For example, parents of students can organize a memorable graduation party for their children. Their services will be:
